I had a pretty decent weekend I suppose, despite having something icky swirling around in the back of my mind.
The reason for the ickiness isn't important.
Well, I mean, it IS, but it's not blog fodder.
I have gmail chat on my work computer. I've had a part of the song "Bad" by U2 on my gmail header/thingy/whatever off and on for a couple weeks. I put it on there just because I've always loved the song, but this morning when I logged on to gmail... I really looked at the words. I hopped over to you tube looking for the song...
And I listened. REALLY listened.
"If I could, you know I would. If I could, I would, let it go...surrender.....dislocate..."
Yes.
"...I'm wide awake....I'm not sleeping..."
I feel better now. I think I can blog again.
Thanks to everyone who sent me emails asking why I have barely posted lately.

that is my absolute favorite U2 song, i don't even care how off-key i am, i belt it out with Bono. it is the most inspiring running song for me, too. (reminds self that she needs to run, damn new year)
